Air Quality Index (AQI)

This dataset compiles national and county/city-level statistics based on monitoring results from general automatic air quality stations established by the Ministry of Environment. The daily Air Quality Index (AQI) for each station is calculated via a piecewise linear equation using seven concentration metrics across six major pollutants: O3, PM2.5, PM10, CO, SO2, and NO2. These values are then categorized by their health risk levels to compute the total number of station-days and the percentage of days with an AQI greater than 100 (AQI > 100).
